Point of Sale Filters

• Without filters, all contacts are displayed.
• Families are not shown, and we will never need them to be displayed.
• We only need to display Invoice Addresses and Students.

Issue:

The problem lies in the filtering logic. However, it is possible to display only the contacts who are enrolled in a school program.

Solution Approach:

All school programs linked to the company can be added during the Point of Sale configuration. This ensures that only the relevant contacts (students) are shown.

Additional Rules:

• Archived contacts will never be displayed.
  Archiving a contact is the only way to hide them if they have records in the school system.
• Parents must belong to the same family as a student who has an academic record in the school.
