Sibling Discount

If a father has several children and we want the charge to apply only to one child and for the others to receive a 100% discount on that product.

We're going to school panel, we'll make a clip

And we enter FINANCE MANAGEMENT—TUITION TEMPLATE, we click on it

Here you choose the tuition template, configure the discount; if it's a general one, click on it and choose the DISCOUNT option.

We click on discounts and proceed to configure the discount.

Discount option is by PERCENTAGE, since 100% will be applied to the siblings. Discount product: to which product will we apply the discount

Status Tape: those who are enrolled

Filter school structure; school code is selected

Sort by: ordered by student age

Age sorting: Classification by age, youngest

Next, we go to the bottom and choose the product category to apply the discount to, taking the first one with 0% discount and the second line with 100%.

We save it to set the discount.

To apply it to the relevant students, we go to School panel, Tuition plan

We click on it and arrange it neatly in the three dots with a line, which are at the bottom right.

Where it says name we put a little hook, to select the students, we click on the little box at the bottom where the 709 students are, since the system is set to select 80.

Once we click on 709 to select all students, we don't go to Action and instead choose the UPDATE VALUE option. This allows the system to internally search for students according to the configured settings and apply the discount. This way, each time this product is applied, the system checks who has the discount and avoids charging them.
