This integration keeps all key academic details aligned across systems such as:

Academic Information
This integration keeps all key academic details aligned across systems such as:
- Student grade level (e.g., Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 12). All grade levels in FACTS are automatically available in Odoo
- Current and upcoming status and substatus
- Enrolled School, Division, and Program both for the current year and the next
- Automatic updates after year progression in FACTS: grade level, status, and school information are instantly reflected in Odoo
- Main class (Homeroom), showing the section assigned to each student
Financial Information
Accounting categories and financial responsibilities will also be synced.
- Any financial categories that will be created in FACTS will automatically be created in Odoo
- The payment percentage for each family in each category will also be synchronized
