Reporting package to avoid errors in the gradebook
Ability to check and communicate assignments are evaluated above the maximum points, or unmarked assignments or categories.
Three reports.
Report Task Not Evaluated:
When you run this report, it will search for all tasks that are not evaluated in the selected term.
Once the tasks are searched, it will show the option to send an email to the teachers of the classes so that they can review whether it is correct that they are not evaluated, it will only show the tasks for which the delivery date has already expired.
Report Tasks Evaluated Above Maximum Points:
When you run this report, it will search for all tasks that are evaluated above the maximum points of the task in the selected term.
Once the tasks are searched, it will show the option to send an email to the teachers of the classes so that they can review these errors.
Report Categories Not Evaluated:
When you run this report, it will show a selection with the classes of the current year.
Select the class or classes and when you click View Classes, it will show the categories that each class has, the tasks of each class and will highlight in orange those that are not evaluated.
